About Me


I am qualified and experienced integrative counsellor and have experience working with bereavement, domestic abuse, depression, anxiety, eating disorders, compulsive behaviour, anger and a number of other emotional health concerns.


I am fully qualified and a registered member of the BACP and an accredited member of the  NCS.


My Experience


I have many years’ experience working with adults & children in vast settings, As an integrative counsellor the relationship is at the heart of my work. I will engage in a reflective dialogue, with the intention of helping you to develop awareness of any difficulties you may be experiencing or that is causing any suffering.  My role is not to offer advice but to listen to you and assist you to find your own way.
